How can I order?
Online — add your piece to the cart and check out — or on WhatsApp, by tapping “Order on WhatsApp” on any piece. Either way, our team contacts you to confirm your order before it is dispatched.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Lebanon.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is $4 on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–3 working days after order confirmation. We deliver Monday to Saturday.
How can I pay?
By Cash on Delivery or Whish Money — arranged with our team. You can pay in US dollars or Lebanese pounds.
When is my order confirmed?
After you place your order, our team contacts you to confirm it before dispatch — going over your pieces, the total, the delivery details and how you would like to pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before our team has confirmed it with you. Once your order has been confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Can I exchange an item if I change my mind?
No. Exchanges are handled only for genuine issues — such as receiving the wrong, damaged or defective item, or another issue caused by Belvoir. Choosing a different design or size is not, by itself, a reason for an exchange.
What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
Please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by email, with your order number or name and a short description of the issue. Photographs help where possible. Our team will take care of it with you.
Do earrings follow a different exchange policy?
No. Earrings follow the same policy as every other piece.
What are Belvoir pieces made from?
All Belvoir jewelry is 925 sterling silver. The stones and other details of each piece are listed on its product page.
How do I find my ring size?
Our Size Guide shows you, step by step, how to measure your finger at home with a strip of paper and a ruler — then match the measurement to EU and US sizes.
I don’t know my finger or wrist size. Can you help?
Of course. The Size Guide explains a simple paper-strip method for both your finger and your wrist. If you are still unsure, send us your measurement on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep it away from perfume, lotions and water, store each piece separately, and wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Our Jewelry Care guide has more.
