Online at checkout, or on WhatsApp.
We contact you
Our team reaches out to confirm your order and the delivery details.
You confirm
Together we go over your pieces, the total, your address and area, and how you would like to pay.
We dispatch
Your order is prepared and sent in its Belvoir box and bag.
You receive it
Usually within 2–3 working days after order confirmation, delivered Monday to Saturday.
About timing
Delivery times are estimates rather than fixed dates. Occasionally, delivery may take a little longer because of circumstances outside our control — such as weather, public holidays or courier delays. If this happens, we will keep you informed.
